About the client

At the time of the project's launch, the traffic was zero. At the start, the site had neither key queries nor location-specific landing pages. Given the specifics of the niche “real estate by the water in Dubai”, the high level of competition from large agencies and aggregators, these points were critical. There was no ranking of key queries, indexing of pages was very slow. The client did not have content optimized for SEO. Another important point was the lack of analytics related to user behavior.

Goals

  • Bringing the property to the top of the search results Optimize the website and content for relevant queries of the target audience to ensure high positions in Google and Yandex search results for key phrases related to Dubai real estate investment.

Solution

The work started just with analyzing competitors in Dubai, selecting priority requests:
- “beachfront villas by developer”;
- “real estate in Palm Jumeirah”;
- “penthouses by the sea Dubai”.
Our team collected a core of 3900 key queries, performed technical audit, eliminated errors related to indexing, speed, adaptability. Formed 28 seo-optimized pages for specific areas, among which were the most popular Dubai Marina, JBR and Palm, outlined the purpose of purchase and available types of real estate.

Prepared expert articles, added FAQs, videos and micro-marketing to the site. Published press releases in the media, both English and Russian language media to attract the target audience. Crowd-links, blogs, and three language versions of the site were also posted. The resource was adapted for voice search. First, we created a version of the site for mobile devices, and then we implemented the descopt.
We developed a simple and optimized interface aimed at smartphone and tablet users.

Result

The result of our work is an increase in traffic. The initial figure was 0. After optimization of the resource - 4400 visits per month. 79 key queries were in the top 10, including “buy real estate by the sea in ‘Dubai’ and ‘apartments in Palm Jumeirah’. The number of requests for the month amounted to 91, of which 24 were qualified leads. We managed to achieve a steady organic inflow without resorting to advertising. The promotion of the real estate niche in the UAE was successful, as all the indicators show.
