How we brought a real estate website in the UAE to the top of Google
About the client
The site was practically new: poor indexation, low traffic (up to 40 users per month), lack of optimization for targeted keywords for the UAE country. The structure of the pages did not meet the expectations of users: there was no breakdown by city (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), types of objects, purchase purposes (housing, investment, rental). The real estate niche in the UAE is highly competitive, and the site itself did not get to the top even for low-frequency queries.
Goals
- The goal is to increase search traffic
- and generating applications from target audience from CIS, Europe and Gulf countries.

Solution
The job started with a technical audit:
- eliminating duplicates;
- opening important pages for indexing;
- speeding up loading.
At the next stage we collected more than 700 key queries by country, type of objects and investment topics:
“buy real estate in Dubai”;
“buy apartments in UAE”;
“real estate for investment”;
“premium villas in UAE”;
“premium new buildings in Dubai”.
We grouped semantics, and then formed the structure of the site for all groups of key queries. We paid attention to the development of content, most of the articles were rewritten, seo optimized.
We took care of strengthening the arguments in favor of investing in real estate in Dubai:
- we included sections with profitability indicators;

• сделали акцент на востребованности локаций.
Каждый объект был упакован, дополнен визуалом в виде качественных фото, описаний карт.
Дополнительно к этому были запущены регулярные публикации в блоге, предварительно настроенном под информационные запросы.
Нарастить ссылочную массу удалось благодаря отраслевым СМИ, крауд-маркетингу и аутричу.
Мы поработали над улучшением внутренней перелиновки, усилением позиций приоритетных страниц, подключением сквозной аналитики, событий в Google Analytics для удобного и оперативного мониторинга заявок.
Как итог – SEO в нише первичной недвижимости в стране Дубаи стало источником стабильного потока лидов.
Result
Since we started, we have managed to achieve a small increase in:
- increasing organic traffic from 40 to 230+ visitors per day;
- moving positions on key queries from the 40th position to the leaders - the average position on the main queries is now in the top 104
- increase in conversion from organic traffic by 240%.
Due to improved structure, bounce rate decreased, time on site and depth of study increased.
The client began to receive regular requests without investing in contextual advertising. The site became competitive, stood out among major developers, more recognizable in the niche.
SEO in Asia, namely in Dubai, a city attractive to investors with a large selection of premium real estate properties, proved its effectiveness and became the main channel for attracting investors.
